This is a flavoured, top-fermented wheat beer with secondary in-bottle fermentation. It is a hefty 8.8% ABV. It is definitely a strong beer with an excellent, well-balanced taste accompanied by an aroma of herbs and spices. Appearance wise it is dark red in colour reminiscent of red wine.

It is brewed according to a traditional recipe with the beer aged in bottles. The brewing process uses dark malts, dried orange peels, and coriander.
